When it comes to your homes Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing systems cleanliness is key to keeping things working properly and avoiding costly breakdowns on the hottest or coldest day of the year.

ITEMS TO KEEP CLEAN TO AVOID COSTLY REPAIRS:

#1. Your Air Filters. 

Keeping your air filters clean and fresh are the most important aspect of Air Conditioning Maintenance. Air filters should be changed out monthly to even every two weeks.

#2. Your Water Heater.

Water Heaters tend to build up sediment and Calcium that is devastating to you the tank and heating elements. Flushing out and rinsing the tank every year will prolong the life of the heater and produce much cleaner and safe water for your home.

#3. Your Garbage Disposal.

Yes you heard right, Removing and thoroughly rising the buildup inside of your garbage disposal will prolong the life of the machine and help reduce odors in your kitchen. This should be done every 6months to 1 year depending on use. Also running 2 loads of ice cubes through the disposal will sharpen dull blades and get it back to working like new again.

#4. The coils inside your Heating and Air Conditioning System.

Air Conditioning and Heating Systems have coils both inside and outside of the equipment and require cleanings every year to obtain the maximum efficiency and avoid failures.
